John Rendon
John Rendon, age 57 passed away Saturday, February 16, 2013 at home, ending a five year struggle with primary amyloidosis and multiple myeloma. Diagnosed in 2008, he fought and lived with every bit of knowledge and treatment available. He remained a caring, loving partner, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew him. A memorial service to honor John's life will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 20th at Kayser's Chapel. A reception will follow at the home of Brandon Rendon, 556 N. Battery Rd, Moses Lake. He was born in El Centro, CA & raised in Moses Lake, WA. John entered the US Army in 1973 and served our country proudly. He began his married life with Analisia (Alice Campos) in 1977 & started their family shortly after. They have two sons, Brandon (age 34) and Jarred (age 31).
He graduated college in 1981 and worked at the Columbia Basin Job Corp for almost twenty years. He coached sports, which he loved, including baseball, basketball, and tennis. John retired in 2002.
John is survived by his wife, Alice and sons, Brandon (wife Christine), and Jarred. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; Elizabeth, Zane, and Sloan. John is also survived by his brothers: Enrique (wife Esther), Manuel, Albert (wife Lorene), David (wife Ronda), and Will (wife Amy). Also, his sisters: Julie (husband Joe), Viola (husband Orlando), sister-in-law Sandy, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father Enrique, mother Elena, and brother Jesse. John was also preceded by his father in-law Eusebio and brother's in-law Louis and Sergio.
While deeply saddened by his passing, loved ones rejoice that he is free of pain and reunited with his parents & our Heavenly Father.

Death cannot conquer a spirit that will never die. John will live on in the hearts of those who love him and leaves a legacy of love, music, movies, and the best sense of humor. We will carry with us, the memories of the love we shared and the joy that John brought to our lives. "That man is a success who has lived well, laughed often, and loved much." John, you were a success.
