Statement of Qualifications to: Owner

Submittal Requirements: Limit response to 10 pages including the Letter of Interest. Submittals must include: Name and resumes of the Principal in Charge and the Project Architect; firm and individual experience on similar type of work; names and resumes of any consultants intended to be included on the design team; examples of the firm’s ability to successfully design and budget for small public works bid projects; and references names and contacts information from similar projects. Identify the location of the A/E firm or branch office performing the work. Brevity is preferred. The Owner may select the A/E consulting team from the Statement of Qualifications or elect to interview selected firms. The Owner may elect to continue with the selected firm for subsequent phases of the project or re-advertise for new SOQ.

Scope: Provide preliminary design and budgeting services to renovate an existing District Court building for an additional District Court Courtroom. The A/E services may include review of parking for the facility, ADA access to and through building including ADA restrooms, security upgrades and noise control, review of building HVAC and electrical systems, replacement of metal roofing and exterior aesthetic upgrades.
