NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD March 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding the following budget extension requests:

1. 2012 budget extension request from the Sheriff’s Office in the amount of $15,136.60 to cover 2012 expenses within their INET Forfeiture Account.

2. Budget extension request from the Auditor’s Office – Accounting Department in the amount of $650,000.00 to establish the initial budget amounts for the newly formed Dental Insurance Fund #507.

3. 2012 budget extension request for Grant Integrated Services / Directions in Community Living – Developmental Disabilities in the amount of $81,000.00 to account for additional expenditures related to increase grant funding that occurred late in 2012.
