An ordinance amending Chapter 17.15 of the City of Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Requirements for Plat and Site Plans”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which amends Chapter 17.15 of the City of Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Requirements for Plat and Site Plans” by requiring either deeded property or a dedication for right-of-way, installing monuments when the surveyor does not accept the existing monuments, and allowing the plat to be recorded on 24" x 36" sheets.

This ordinance, which was passed on February 12, 2013 will take effect immediately.
