PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 2.09 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Community zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on February 6, 2013 from Eustaquio & Paulina Angel (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on February 7, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 2.09 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Community zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 1.09 acres in size, and is presently vacant. Lot 2 will be approximately 1.00 acre in size, and contains an existing single-family residence, well, and septic system. The intended use of both proposed lots is residential. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 5170 Road Q.7 NW, Quincy, WA. It is known as Lot B of White Trail Tracts 1st Addition Replat of Lot 9, and is located approximately 0.68 miles northwest of the intersection of State Highway 281 and Road 5 NW, and approximately 0.15 miles north of the intersection of Road 5 NW and Road Q.7 NW, and in the SW quarter of Section 6, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #05-0941-202). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Community. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
