GRAND COULEE PROJECT HYDROELECTRIC AUTHORITY

Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for supply of revenue meters for Grand Coulee Project Hydroelectric Authority’s (GCPHA) power plants. Supply twelve ION8650 meters, twelve I/O expanders and twelve connector cables. Bidder must be an authorized Schneider Electric distributer or supplier.

Bids shall be on a lump sum basis with options and in U.S. dollars.

A Notice of Award will be issued on or about February 26, 2013. Delivery required 90 days after award. The GCPHA will receive sealed bids until 4:00 PM local time on February 25, 2013 at the GCPHA office, Room 305, located at 32 ‘C’ Street NW, Ephrata, Washington 98823. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time of announced opening will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

GCPHA reserves the right to waive any irregularities as informalities and to reject any and all bids.
