PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 39.66 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on January 25, 2013 from Bruce Pinkerton (Designated Contact: Columbia NW Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on February 1, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 39.66 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 5.74 acres in size, and contains an existing single-family residence, shop, well, and septic system. Lot 1 will continue to be used for residential purposes. Lot 2 will be approximately 33.92 acres in size, will have no residential capacity, and will continue its present agricultural use. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 7584 Road K.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA. It is located approximately 1.5 miles northeast of the intersection of Stratford Road NE and Road 7 NE, and approximately 0.32 miles southwest of the intersection of Road K.7 NE and Road 8 NE, and in the north half of Section 25, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #19-0353-016). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
