Sealed Bids from Bidders pre-qualified pursuant to RCW 54.04.085 will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M. on February 21, 2013 for Warden Substation 3rd Lineup Construction as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-3577H.
