PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to an order of sale given by the

Board of County Commissioners, I shall on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the hour of

9:30 AM in the main lobby of the Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington, sell at public

auction for cash or on legal contract the following described property to wit:

Lots 1 to 6, Block 3 Ruff, Lot 3 Block 6 Ruff. Parcels 06-0124-000, 06-0125-000, 06-0125-001, 06-0125-002, 06-0125-003, 06-0126-000 and 06-0145-000. To be sold together as one lot.

Minimum Bid $2,500.00 plus costs.

The above described properties will not be sold for less than the amount set opposite the

Description of the property. A Treasurer’s Deed will be issued following full payment of

the purchase price and costs.
