Potluck for Kennon, Paula Forester

AL CITY – Former Royal Slope residents Kennon and Paula Forester will be back in the area for the holidays, and friends and former neighbors are invited to a dinner in their honor.

“Many of their friends did not get an opportunity to say goodbye before they left for their new home in Nevada,” Sharon Chesterman said.

So on Dec. 26, at the LDS Seminary building across from Red Rock Elementary School, at 6 p.m. there will be a “Hi” and “Goodbye” potluck in honor of the Foresters.

Royal School Board member and Royal Slope businessman Warren Small will prepare the meat, and he is said to be good at it.

“Please bring something to add to the meal,” Chesterman suggested.
