John Mares appealed the denial of a home occupation business license for an in-home upholstery business at 711 Dahlia Drive in the R-1 Single Family Zone.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the appeal Jan. 16, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 401 Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment.

Written comments on the proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. For more information call Anne Henning at 764-3747.
