Material Lease Changes

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Grazing Lease No. 10-B57886 leased to Vance Burck and described as a portion of Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County containing 320 acres. The specific change being made is to convert approximately 60 acres of the lease to irrigated agriculture.
