A special meeting of the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District (MLIRD) Board of Directors is being called by Board Chair Ken Kernan pursuant to RCW 42.30.080 for Monday, December 23, 2013 at 9:00 a.m..

The Board will engage in the following business

1. Executive Session:

a. To discuss with legal counsel potential litigation in the form of the risks of a proposed action or current practice relating to the Strata contract proposal as authorized by RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(iii)

b. To discuss with legal counsel potential litigation in the form of the risks of a proposed action or current practice relating to Public Record Requests as authorized by RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(iii)

c. To discuss with legal counsel potential litigation in the form of the risks of a proposed action or current practice relating to a proposed Interlocal Agreement between MLIRD and the Grant County Treasurer as authorized by RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(iii)

2. Discussion And Potential Action:

a. Strata contract – adoption and/or modification of proposed terms and conditions

b. Public Record Request Issues

c. Proposed Interlocal Agreement between the MLIRD and the Grant County Treasurer.

Final action on any or all of these subjects is possible.

The meeting will be held in the conference room at MLIRD’s office, 932 E. Wheeler Rd., Moses Lake WA.
