NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CASTLEMARK, INC., guardian of the person and estate of TERESA C. HIGGINS, as to her one-half interest, and Bobby Joe Higgins, who is not a party to this Guardianship matter, as to his one-half interest, will sell by negotiation the following described real estate, to wit:
