Man found with gunshot wound near Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE - A man is in critical condition after he was found with a gunshot wound near Moses Lake Wednesday morning.
According to the sheriff's office, a man was located in the 2800 block of Road 5 Northeast, just west of Moses Lake, at about 8 a.m. with a gunshot wound. The man was immediately airlifted by MedStar to an undisclosed hospital where he was being treated Wednesday. The victim was listed in critical condition as of Wednesday night.
The sheriff's office will release the name of the victim after his family has been contacted.
