NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Prchal-Metro Farms LLC has filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, an application for a franchise for a period of fifty (50) years to construct, operate and maintain a waterline along 4 Road SW in Grant County, Washington lying within the following described portion of the County, to-wit:

2 miles west of Dodson Road on 4 Rd SW. Located in the NE quarter of S 30, T 18,

R 26, E W M.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has fixed the hearing on said application for the franchise for the 31st day of December, 2013 at the hour of 2:00 o’clock pm in the Board of County Commissioners’ room in the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, Grant County, State of Washington, and any person may appear at this time and place to be heard for or against the granting or denying of said franchise or any part thereof.
