PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to an order of sale given by the

Board of County Commissioners, I shall on Friday, December 13, 2013 at the hour of

9:00 AM in the main lobby of the Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington, sell at public

auction for cash or on legal contract the following described property to wit:

Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 13 Township 20 Range 27. Parcel 16-1641-011. Minimum Bid $3,000.00 plus costs.

The above described property will not be sold for less than the amount set opposite the

description of the property. A Treasurer’s Deed will be issued following full payment of

the purchase price and costs.
