PROPOSED SALE OF PROPERTY WITHIN INDUSTRIAL PARK 6 AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 7 PORT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF GRANT COUNTY

PROPOSED SALE OF PROPERTY WITHIN INDUSTRIAL PARK 6 AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 7 PORT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF GRANT COUNTY

Port District No. 1 of Grant County (the “Port of Quincy”) will hold a public hearing on December 16, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Port office at 840 F Street SW, Quincy, Washington, to receive public testimony on the proposed sale of real property located in Industrial Park 6 and Industrial Development District No. 7 to an appropriate purchaser.

The property proposed to be sold is described as follows:

Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, and Tract A, Amended Port District Industrial Park No.6 Binding Site Plan, according to the Binding Site Plan thereof filed in Volume 2 of Binding Site Plans,pages 64 and 65, records of Grant County, Washington.

Farm Unit 217, Irrigation Block 73, Columbia Basin Project, according to the plat thereof filed November 29, 1951, records of Grant County, Washington.

Farm Unit 216, Irrigation Block 73, Columbia Basin Project, according to the plat thereof filed November 29, 1951, records of Grant County, Washington, EXCEPT THAT PORTION described as follows:

Starting at the Northwest corner of said Farm Unit 216, Irrigation Block 73, the true point of beginning, thence 173 East along the North line of said Farm Unit; thence 242 feet South on a line perpendicular to the North line of said Farm Unit; thence West 173 feet; thence North 242 feet to the true point of beginning.

That portion of Farm Unit 216, Irrigation Block 73, Columbia Project, according to the plat thereof filed November 29, 1951, records of Grant County, Washington, described as follows:

Starting at the Northwest corner of said Farm Unit 216, Irrigation Block 73, the true point of beginning, thence 173 East along the North line of said Farm Unit; thence 242 feet South on a line perpendicular to the North line of said Farm Unit; thence West 173 feet; thence North 242 feet to the true point of beginning.

Public testimony on the proposed sale will be taken at the hearing. Any person may submit written comments regarding the proposal or additional information at: Port of Quincy, 840 F Street SW, Quincy, Washington 98848. Written comments and oral testimony at all public hearings will be made part of the public record.
