You are notified that a petition to establish a Title 13 RCW Guardianship has been filed with this court alleging that the court should establish a Title 13 RCW guardianship and appoint a guardian for the above named child. A petition for Order Appointing Title 13 RCW guardian, if granted, could result in substantial restrictions to the rights of the parent(s), guardian(s) or legal custodian(s).

The court has scheduled a hearing on December 16, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. at the Benton-Franklin Juvenile Justice Center, 5606 W. Canal Place, Kennewick, Washington. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence relating to the petition. YOU SHOULD BE PRESENT AT THIS HEARING. If you do not appear the court may enter an order in your absence Establishing a Title 13 RCW guardianship and appointing a guardian.
