NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 3, 2014, 10:00 AM, at the main entrance to the Superior Courthouse, 1016 N. 4th Ave., Pasco, WA, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the undersigned Trustee will sell at pUblic auction to the highest and best bidder, payable, in the form of cash, or cashiers' check or certified checks from federally or State chartered banks, at the time of sale the following described real property, situated in the County of Franklin, State of Washington, to-wit: LOT 18, BLOCK 2, CARTER ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME "B" OF PLATS, PAGE 83, RECORDS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON. APN# 112191- 307 which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated November 26, 1985, recorded on November 27, 1985, as Instrument No. 442013 , in Book 0202 , at Page 381 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of Franklin County, WA from DARREN L JOHNSON AND MICHELLE M. JOHNSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE as the original Grantor(s), to SAFECO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as the original Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of BANCSHARES MORTGAGE COMPANY, as the original Beneficiary.
