NOTICE OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF PORT DISTRICT NO. 8 OF GRANT COUNTY HEARING TO CREATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

OF PORT DISTRICT NO. 8 OF GRANT COUNTY

HEARING TO CREATE INDUSTRIAL

DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given, that at 1:00 p.m. on December 17, 2013, at the Office of Port

District No. 8 of Grant County, 201 South Ash, Warden, Washington, the Board of

Commissioners of Port District No. 8 of Grant County shall consider adopting a resolution

creating an industrial development district pursuant to RCW 53.25.040 consisting of and

encompassing the following described real property:

Lots 1 and 2, Port of Warden Industrial Park No. 4, Major Subdivision, as

per the plat thereof recorded on June 20, 2007, in Book 25 of Plats, pages

95-98, under Grant County Auditor’s Recording No. 1217395;

AND

A parcel of land located in the W1/2 of Section 16, Township 17 North,

Range 30 East, Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington, more

particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the NW corner of said Section 16, and considering the north

line of the NW1/4 of said Section 16 to bear S 89°05’20” E, as shown on

the Record of Survey recorded July 9, 2012 in Book 64 of Surveys at

Pages 79-82, under Auditor’s File No. 1302516, Grant County records,

with all bearings contained herein relative thereto;

Thence S 89°05’20” E along said north line a distance of 1104.38 feet to

the westerly margin of right of way of the Burlington Northern Railroad

right of way;

Thence S 07°20'21" W along said margin a distance of 2662.52 feet to the

south line of the NW1/4 of said Section 16;

Thence S 89°00'46" E along said south line a distance of 201.24 feet to the

westerly margin of right of way of the Burlington Northern Railroad right

of way;

Thence S 07°20'22" W along said margin a distance of 355.78 feet;

Thence along said margin along the arc of a curve turning to the right with

an arc length of 877.28', with a radius of 5679.65', with a chord bearing of

S 11°45'50" W, with a chord length of 876.41';

Thence S 16°11'20" W along said margin a distance of 694.54 feet, to a

point which is 760.00 feet northerly from the south line of the SW1/4 of

said Section 16, said 760.00 feet measured at right angles to said south

line; Thence S 89°01'53" E parallel with the south line of the SW1/4 of

said Section 16 a distance of 480.19 feet to the easterly margin of the

Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad right of way; Thence S

16°30'12" W along said margin a distance of 788.82 feet, more or less, to

the south line of the SW1/4 of said Section 16; Thence N 89°01'53" W

along said south line a distance of 886.91 feet, more or less, to the SW

corner of said Section 16; Thence N 01°03'42" E along the east line of the

SW1/4 of said Section 16 a distance of 2644.16 feet to the W1/4 corner of

said Section 16; Thence N 00°44'08" E along the west line of the NW1/4

of said Section 16 a distance of 2644.73 feet to the Point of Beginning.

AND

That portion of the W1/2 of Section 16, Township 17 North, Range 30

East, Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington, lying easterly of

the southeasterly margin of right of way for the Chicago, Milwaukee & St.

Paul Railroad.
