Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on November 25, 2013 from the Gary Christensen, were found to be technically complete on November 26, 2013.Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: The construction of one (1) approximately 30,000 gallon propane tank used for mint processing on a 165.80-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES SUBMITTED: None. LOCATION: The subject site is located approximately 6.5 miles northeast of Royal City, WA, and is located at 10542 S. Division Rd., Othello, WA 99344 in Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-1088-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None ZONING: Agriculture. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
