Grant County Fire District 11 has declared the following building surplus.

Unknown age 20’x40’ insulated metal building with man door and 12’x10’ insulated roll up door. Building is located adjacent to 7012 SR 262 E in the Marine View Heights near the Mar Don Resort. Bids must include removal at no cost to the District.

Sealed bids accepted until 11:00 AM December 17th 2013 addressed to Chief Brian Evans, P.O Box 220, 336 Camelia St. N.E, Royal City, WA 99357 clearly marked “Sealed Bid”. Grant County Fire District 11 reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Inspection by appointment only, sold “as is where is,” must be paid in full within 14 days of winning bid, building removal completed within 90 days. Payment will be forfeited if building is not removed within 90 days and building resold to next highest bidder unless an extension is requested and is granted in writing by the District prior to removal deadline.
