Reader wants to thank CBH

Thanks, Columbia Basin, for supporting the Moses Lake Kiwanis food booth at the demotion derby and rodeo and buying your first meal on August 9 at the Cowboy Breakfast. The money raised will be used for Kiwanis projects such as scholarships and Kiwanis-sponsored student service clubs at various Moses Lake schools. Thanks, also, for donating a total of $200 to the EliMiNaTe Project, a Kiwanis International-UNICEF program in which mothers in developing nations are immunized against tetanus. Thereby their future babies are protected from this deadly disease. $200 is enough to immunize over 100 mothers.
