PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 120.7 acres in order to create four (4) lots from 2 existing parcels in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on July 08, 2013 from Shanna Golladay (Designated Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 N. Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on August 12, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 120.7 acres in order to create four (4) lots from 2 existing parcels in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 3 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes; there is a residence on this site. Lot 2 is approximately 1.21 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes; there is a residence and garage on the site. Lot 3 is approximately 13.80 acres in size and will be used for residential/ agricultural purposes; there is a residence, shop and dairy feeding building on the site. Lot 4 is approximately 100.68 acres in size and will have no residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 2.0 miles east of Warden, WA, on road 8 SE in the northern portion of Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 30 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #19-1174-000 & portion of 19-1173-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
