Reader wants fairgoers to know where their money is going

Going to the Fair? Check out where your money is going! Go to the Knights of Columbus booth and see how your friendly fair board has blocked almost all visibility and accessibility to the booth with out of towners taking your money out of town!

I am not even a part of the booth and can see the hideous, childish, thoughtless acts of kindness and lack business ethics. There is a statistic that every dollar spent with a local is spent seven times in the community to SUPPORT the community.

Here is a local (national) well intentioned group raising money for needy organizations throughout the world. If the reason of such ludicrous actions of the fair board is unhappy with the amount of revenue generated from the Knights then maybe they should work a little closer with them and present some offers that are affordable to the Knights.

I dont know the reasons only guessing and wondering why they are so for sending money out of the community.
