An ordinance amending Chapter 16.02 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Unplatted Areas”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which amends the regulations for building on unplatted property.
This ordinance, which was passed on August 13, 2013 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
