NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request from Grant County Emergency Management, in the amount of $1,500.00, to receive increased funding from the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) for contract E14-003.
