PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 74.95 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on June 28, 2013 from Nancy Allred (Designated Contact: Rian J. Allred, 56 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-5264), was found to be technically complete on July 7, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 74.95 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 71.55 acres in size, will have no residential capacity, and will continue its present agricultural use. Lot 2 will be approximately 5.50 acres in size, and will contain an existing single-family residence, shop, corral, well, and septic system. STUDIES REQUIRED: Note. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 12461 Road P SW, Royal City, WA. It is located approximately 9 miles west of Royal City, WA, and approximately 0.50 miles north of the intersection of State Highway 26 and Road P SW, and in the NW quarter of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #15-0899-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
