Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment/Alteration application received by Grant County on August 05, 2013 from Port of Royal Slope was found to be technically complete on August 09, 2013. PROJECT: Alteration of the 20-ft. utility easement over, under and

across the south 5 ft. on Lot 4 and the north 15 ft. on Lot 5. The alteration would center the 20 ft. utility easement 10 ft. over, under and across both Lots 4 & 5. SEPA:

Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None. STUDIES REQUIRED:

Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject area is Lots 4 & 5 of the Port of Royal Slope Phase

2 long plat. The subject area is located southeast of Royal City on Rd. F-SW, and in the SW quarter of Section 07, Township 16 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #07-1390-824, #07-1390-825). PRESENT ZONING: Urban Light Industrial. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall

be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
