WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to amend that portion of the Grant County Code described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to amending certain County road speed limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on amending those limits aforementioned and as shown on Exhibits A through E; shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, the 20th day of August, 2013.
