Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County Washington (District) is requesting submission of qualifications to provide Professional Engineering Services to Provide Testing, Modeling and Preparation of Reports for Priest Rapids and Wanapum Dam Generators, Exciters, and Governors in accordance with WECC standards from the time awarded through September 2, 2016.
