Witnesses sought in fatal Quincy crash

QUINCY - The State Patrol is asking for the public's help in providing information leading up to a July 18 collision near Quincy that killed a Moses Lake man.

The collision occurred about 6 p.m. on state Route 28, about one mile east of Quincy, according to the State Patrol.

A 32-year-old Arizona man, driving a gray 1996 Chevrolet Blazer, reportedly crossed the center line heading west on the highway, hitting another vehicle head on, killing a 40-year-old Moses Lake man.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, according to previous reports.

Detectives are looking for anyone who witnessed the collision, may have seen any of the events leading up to the collision or has any information about the gray Blazer.

No charges have been filed and the incident is still under investigation.
