ORDINANCE NO. 13-02

AN ORDINANCE OF THE

CITY OF MESA, WASHINGTON,

AMENDING CHAPTERS 17.04, 17.24, 17.48, AND 17.60 OF

THE MESA MUNICIPAL CODE

Section 17.04.030 “Interpretation” was amended to not allow any use which is in violation of any local, State, or Federal laws, regulations, codes, and/or ordinances.

Section 17.04.060 “Definitions” was amended to include a “Night watchman residence” and change “Uniform” to “State adopted” in regards to building code.

Section 17.24.040 E. “Development standards” was amended change “Uniform” to “State adopted” in regards to building code.

Section 17.48.010 “Volatile toxic and volatile flammable material storage” was amended to change “Uniform” to “State adopted” in regards to fire code.

Section 17.60.040 “Accessory buildings--Setbacks--Dimensions” was amended to change “Uniform” to “State adopted” in regards to building code.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Mesa AND APPROVED by the Mayor this 23rd day of July 2013. Full text of this ordinance is available at Mesa City Hall and will be provided to any citizen upon personal request during normal business hours.
