Three golfers score personal bests

MATTAWA - It was a good day for improvement for Wahluke High School in golf matches with LaSalle and Highland last week.
It was also a tough day for Collin Ahmann. He was injured and had to withdraw after 12 holes.
Leading the boys was Steven Martinez with 104. Juan Lopez and
Felix Jimenez shot 131. That was a personal best score for Jimenez.
The girls team, which was only two persons strong, was led by Maria Cardoso's 134. That was 27 strokes better than her previous best.
Lizbeth Plaza also had a personal best 149.
