The City Council of the City of Royal City has set an Information Meeting on May 7, 2013, at 7:00 pm, at City Hall, 445 Camelia St, NE, Royal City, to receive comments concerning a proposed rental inspection ordinance and receive public input from tenants, landlords, property owners, and residents. This ordinance requires all landlords to obtain a business license and have rental properties inspected for code compliance as a condition of maintaining the license. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
