An ordinance amending Chapter 3.62 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Utility System Development Charges”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which changes the rates for the sewer development charges.

This ordinance, which was passed on April 23, 2013 will take effect and be in force immediately upon passage.
