NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD May 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider the adoption of a Development Agreement by and between Grant County and Legacy Development Company, LLC, for the Legacy Resort at Frenchman Hills (f/k/a Potholes Golf and RV Resort), pursuant to RCW 36.70B.170.
