Jerry K. "Jerry" Kinkade

Warden native Jerry K. "Jerry" Kinkade, 53, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013.

Jerry was born on May 31, 1959 in Prosser, WA and the family moved to Warden in the early '60s. During his school years, Jerry and his three sisters enjoyed many lively and happy times on the Warden farm riding motorbikes, swimming, and hunting. Jerry was also a life-long avid reader.

After graduation from Warden High School in 1978, Jerry worked for his family's trucking company and continued to work in the trucking business throughout his adult life. At the time of his death, Jerry enjoyed employment with Genie Industries of Moses Lake.

In his spare time, Jerry enjoyed bird hunting and fishing with close friends and his stepfather, Gordon. Together, the two spent many an hour searching the Columbia Basin looking for the perfect fishing hole.

Jerry is survived by his mother Barbara and her husband, Gordon Bradshaw of Moses Lake, father Jerald Kinkade of Quartzsite, AZ Sisters: Joan Bertram (Bill) of Moses Lake, Carolyn Kinkade of Redmond, OR and Cheryl Kinkade of Yardley, PA Nephew: Scott Bertram (Jessica & Nolan) of Issaquah, WA & Niece: Becky Bertram of Portland, OR.
