NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on May 24, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 am, at inside the main lobby of the Police Justice Building (Balsam Street Entrance) 411 South Balsam, in the City of Moses Lake, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of GRANT, State of Washington, to-wit: Lot 5, Loudenback Broadview Tracts, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 53, Records of Grant County, Washington. (Commonly known as: 4436 Circle Place Northeast, Moses Lake, WA 98837) which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated 03/01/07, recorded 03/05/07 under Auditors File No. 1210160, from Dawn Fitzgerald-Welch, an unmarried woman, as Grantor, to Chicago title, as Trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. "MERS" as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation, its successors and assigns, aas Beneficiary, the beneficial interest in which was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
