Engineering Services

The City of Moses Lake requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) for the following:

Professional engineering services for a runway and ancillary infrastructure replacement project and construction inspection for the project. The work shall include drafting construction plans in order to bid out runway, taxiway, taxi lane, and apron reconstruction.

SOQ’s shall include, at a minimum, a listing of similar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work. All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirements, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 10 sheets (using both sides, and 20 pages total). Additional information may be included as addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms.
