NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUNDWATER CLAIM

TAKE NOTICE:

That Joe A. & Lori P. Garro of Moses Lake, Washington has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the point of withdrawal/well (POW) and transfer the place of use (POU) as claimed under Ground Water Claim No. G3-137504CL.

That said water claims the withdrawal of 700 gallons per minute, 900 acre-feet per year, for the seasonal irrigation of 135 acres.

That the claimed POW is from one well, within the NW1/4 of Sec. 26, T. 19 N., R. 27 E.W.M.

That the claimed POU is within the NW1/4 of Sec. 26, T. 19 N., R. 27 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the POW to be within either the NW1/4SE1/4, NE1/4SE1/4, SW1/4SE1/4 or SE1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 26 E.W.M.

That they propose to transfer the POU to be within the SE1/4 of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 26 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from April 15, 2013.
