Drop box phaseout recommended

EPHRATA – The Grant County Solid Waste Advisory Committee has recommended the phaseout of the dropbox system for waste collection due to the system's inability to become self-sustaining.
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will take public comment on the recommendation Tuesday, April 16, from 4-5 p.m. at a public meeting.
The meeting will be held in the Commissioners Hearing Room, located at the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata.
Citizens are encouraged to attend and give their input. Written comments can also be mailed to the Grant County Commissioners At the same address.
