An ordinance amending Chapter 3.62 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Utility System Development Charges”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which increases the water and sewer development charges.

This ordinance, which was passed on April 9, 2013 will be in force five days after publication.
