Sealed quotes will be received at Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P.O.

Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until May 2, 2013, 2:00 P.M., for the

above-named improvement. Said quotes will be opened and publicly read at that

time. All quotes shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes

with 2013 P&P BUILDING FRONT DOORS marked plainly thereon.

Plans and specifications shall be obtained at the Civic Center Annex at the above

address. Only quotes from contractors who have used the quote package

furnished by the City will be accepted.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of replacing the Police and Parks

Building store front exterior hinged doors with automatic sliding doors.

The Contractor shall have experience installing store front sliding doors.

Estimated Project Cost: $25,000

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best

interest of the City.
