Sand dunes death ruled as suicide

MOSES LAKE- The death of a 46-year-old man near the Moses Lake sand dunes Monday has been ruled a suicide.
According to the Grant County Coroner's Office, the man died from a gunshot wound. The man's family requested his name not be made public.
His body was found along Sand Dunes Road Monday night. A person passing by reportedly found the body in a sleeping bag. Grant County Sheriff's deputies recovered the gun used at the scene.
