Project Description: Design/Repair and Rehabilitation of heavy timber bow string trusses and horizontal wind trusses, including top and bottom chords and heavy timber web members. Upgrade heel connections and web to chord connections. Repair or replace all notched beams that support the horizontal wind trusses. Perform lateral analysis of the roof system.

The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Grant County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The “Effective Date” for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website located at https://fortress.wa.gov/lni/wagelookup/prvWagelookup.aspx

The Bidder is required to provide the name of the Structural Engineer with whom the Bidder will directly subcontract for the performance of Structural Design and Engineeering for this project.

Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an over all accounting of the criteria set forth in the responsibility criteria section. Please direct questions regarding this subject to the Port of Moses lake.
