Kathy Rae Dalhaug

Kathy Rae Dalhaug, 48, longtime Warden resident died in her home Sunday, March 24, 2013 in Warden. She was born July 13, 1964 in Sunnyside, WA to James Kyle Adkins and Norma Rae Cox.

Kathy attended Warden High School and worked as a Lab tech at Washington Potato and also as a caregiver for Walsh and Associates. She married Robert Dalhaug on October 31, 2002 in Moses Lake. She enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with her animals. She was always concerned about her family and friends, whom she cared for deeply.

Kathy is survived by her husband Robert L. Dalhaug, stepmother Arvella Adkins, stepfather Robert Zurick all of Warden, WA, sister Ruth Rocha of Moses Lake, WA, brothers Dallas Floyd of Anchorage, AK and Jason Zurick of Warden, WA, and mother-in-law Winnoa Deeds; numerous stepbrothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Potluck and Memorial Service to celebrate Kathy's life will be held on May 4, 2013 at noon in the Corral Restaurant in Warden.
