Fresh News from MarDon

Trout action has been reported from many seep lakes below O'Sullivan Dam this past week. All lakes in our area now open except for Warden Lake which opens April 27, 2013.

Water temps in the sand dunes on Potholes Reservoir have been reported to 60 degrees.

Bass fishers have reported largemouth caught and released to 6lbs 8oz in the sand dunes, small mouth bass from the rocks by Goose Island have been reported to 5lb 8ox.

Our Walleye action has begun in the Lind Coulee arm of the Potholes Reservoir. Also, the Crab Creek Channel between the power line boat launch and the Outlets of Moses Lake.

Come out for our trout release at 10 am on April 13. It is free to fish off the dock but you do still need a state fishing license and kids 12 and under need a life vest.
