Pursuant to GCC 23.04, Table 4, RV Parks are allowed in the Master Planned Resort Zone with a Conditional Use Permit.

Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application was received by Grant County on 2/22/13 from Familigia, LLC (Contact: Vincent Bryan, 342 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy, WA 98848) and was found to be technically complete on 3/1/13. PROJECT: To establish a 50 space recreational vehicle park on the Cave B property. Each space would have power and potable water available. Length of stay would range from 1-7 days. Pursuant to GCC 23.04, Table 4, RV Parks are allowed in the Master Planned Resort Zone with a Conditional Use Permit. LOCATION: The project site is Cave B, 344 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy, WA 98848, approximately five miles north of the Silica Rd. and I-90 interchange. The property is located in a portion of S. 31, T. 19 N., R. 23 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #05-0068-208. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Grant County Hearings Examiner, 12:00pm, May 8, 2013, in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Office Hours: 8 am-12 noon, 1-5 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5pm on April 22, 2013. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
